Scope of Work

Mechanical insulation for hot and cold service — mineral wool, calcium silicate, cellular glass, and polyisocyanurate.
Removable and reusable insulation systems (RRI) for valves, flanges, and equipment.
System scaffold design and erection — tube-and-clamp, suspended, and rolling towers.
Turnaround and outage access planning with scaffold master plans.
Personnel protection including fireproofing removal and reinstallation.

Materials

Mineral wool, calcium silicate, cellular glass, polyiso, aerogel blankets, aluminum/stainless jacketing, PVC/ASJ facing, system scaffold (cup-lock, ring-lock), tube-and-clamp scaffold.

Deliverables

Insulation thickness calculations, heat loss studies, scaffold engineering drawings, scaffold inspection reports, insulation material certifications, as-built insulation drawings.
