Cheri executes new construction and brownfield upgrades with our own crews and direct field management. We coordinate mechanical, piping, structural, civil, electrical, and instrumentation scopes under a single mobilization to reduce handoffs and maintain accountability.

Contract structures include lump sum, unit rate, T&M, and NTE — selected to match the project scope and risk profile.
