Cheri Quick Pay

Cheri Quick Pay gives eligible subcontractors, carriers, suppliers and service providers the option to receive earlier payment on approved invoices in exchange for an agreed discount. Choose the invoices you want considered, review the amount and payment date, and decide whether the offer works for your business.
How it works
Submit your invoice
Use your established billing channel and include your project number, PO or WO, and required supporting documents.
Request an offer
Tell our Accounting team which invoice you would like considered for Quick Pay.
Review and accept
We confirm eligibility and provide the approved amount, discount, net payment and exact early payment date for your review.
Receive payment
Once the invoice, documents, funding and signed election are approved, we schedule ACH payment to settle by the agreed date, within five business days of completed approval.
Clear terms before you decide
The standard Quick Pay discount is 5% of the eligible amount paid early, unless your written offer states a lower rate. There is no enrollment fee. Each offer shows the dollar discount and net payment before you accept. Eligibility and timing depend on the invoice, project requirements and available program capacity. Once accepted by Cheri, the offer confirms your payment date.
On a $100,000 eligible amount, a 5% discount is $5,000 and the net early payment is $95,000. This example excludes taxes, retainage, credits and other adjustments. Your written offer will show the calculation for your invoice.
Participation is optional. Choosing standard payment does not affect your eligibility to work with Cheri. Quick Pay does not extend any earlier payment deadline, and no Quick Pay discount applies if payment misses the agreed early date.
