Cheri provides maintenance and support for centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, and packaged compression systems. Our crews perform removal, overhaul coordination, seal replacement, reinstallation, and alignment verification.

Work is performed with coordination between mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to support safe startup and reliable operation.

Scope of Work

Centrifugal and positive displacement pump removal, overhaul, seal replacement, and reinstallation.
Reciprocating and centrifugal compressor maintenance and packaged system replacements.
Precision shaft alignment using laser alignment systems.
Equipment foundation repairs, base plate modifications, and grout pad installations.
Startup support including lubrication system commissioning and run testing.

Materials

Epoxy grout (Chockfast, Five Star), non-shrink cementitious grout, anchor bolts (ASTM F1554), shim stock (stainless), alignment equipment, coupling hardware, gaskets, mechanical seals.

Deliverables

Alignment reports (pre/post), vibration analysis reports, grout test reports, torque records, startup/commissioning reports, run test data sheets, as-left condition reports.
