Company Overview
Cheri Group delivers integrated services through a coordinated team of specialized business units. Our capabilities connect preconstruction, engineering, procurement, construction, technical services, logistics, and ongoing maintenance around the needs of each customer.
Integration begins in preconstruction. We evaluate the scope, technical requirements, schedule, and project priorities, then bring together the people and services best suited to deliver the work. Responsibilities are established across the appropriate business units, with coordinated planning and clear project leadership.
Our business units work together throughout delivery. Expertise, personnel, materials, equipment, and logistics are coordinated across the group as the work develops. Customers gain access to the capabilities of the whole organization through a unified project approach.
Specialized Services. One Cheri.
Whether a customer needs materials from X Supply, technical support from Cheri Specialized, construction through CheriCon, or a combination of services, we organize our approach around the work.
Each business unit can serve customers directly within its area of expertise. When a scope calls for additional capabilities, our teams coordinate across the group to provide the required support.
Preconstruction aligns the scope, service assignments, and delivery plan with the customer’s objectives. The appropriate business units contribute their expertise under clear project leadership, with coordinated communication and accountability for their assigned work.
Customers have the flexibility to engage the services they need, backed by the strength of one Cheri organization.
Engage One Unit
Work directly with a single business unit for a defined service within its area of expertise.
Engage Multiple Units
Coordinate multiple units for a broader project, organized around the work through preconstruction.

Industries & Applications
Cheri brings together engineering, construction, technical services, supply, logistics, and maintenance to support energy and industrial infrastructure. The combination of services is tailored to each facility, project phase, and operating requirement.
Turnkey Saltwater Disposal Facilities
Cheri delivers turnkey saltwater disposal facilities through integrated engineering, design, procurement, dirt work, construction, and commissioning. Our scope connects site development with the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems required for a complete SWD surface facility.
From facility layouts and material procurement to earthwork, tank-farm assembly, equipment installation, and startup, Cheri coordinates the disciplines and handoffs needed to carry the work through turnover. Customers can engage the complete delivery team or a defined portion of the scope, backed by one Cheri organization.
Cheri performs procurement through its own integrated procurement function. Procurement supports the delivery of Cheri's work and is not presented as a separate bidding contractor.
Containment systems, tank pads, sumps, concrete foundations, material logistics, quality records, and construction sequencing are integrated into the facility delivery plan.
Representative SWD Facility Systems
SWD configurations combine separation, inlet and injection water storage, recovered-oil storage, pumping and filtration interfaces, pipeline and truck connections, wellhead flowlines, containment, and automated monitoring and control. Each facility is configured around its operating requirements.
Pipeline Construction & Infrastructure
Cheri provides pipeline construction and replacement services supporting produced-water, freshwater, natural gas, and industrial infrastructure. Our capabilities include HDPE and steel piping, new installations, take-up-and-relay work, reroutes, gathering and transfer connections, and facility tie-ins.
Pipeline delivery connects planning, design coordination, procurement, earthwork, installation, inspection, testing, and turnover. Cheri coordinates crews, materials, equipment, and specialty contractors around access conditions, crossing requirements, and customer operations.

Integration Begins in Preconstruction
Preconstruction connects the customer’s objectives with Cheri’s delivery capabilities. We define the work, identify the services required, and coordinate assignments across the business units best suited to support the project.
This process considers technical requirements, constructability, material needs, logistics, schedule, and available resources. The resulting plan establishes clear responsibilities and brings the necessary disciplines together before field execution begins.
As the project develops, our teams coordinate changes and additional requirements through the same integrated approach. Decisions remain centered on the customer’s needs and successful delivery of the agreed scope.
Understand the customer’s needs.
Establish objectives, scope, constraints, and project priorities.
Build the delivery plan.
Identify the required services and coordinate their sequence and interfaces.
Assign the right capabilities.
Allocate responsibilities and resources across the appropriate business units.
Deliver as one team.
Coordinate execution, manage changes, and carry responsibility through completion.
Preconstruction Deliverables
Preconstruction turns the customer's requirements into a defined execution plan. Scope development, quantity takeoffs, estimates, budgeted labor hours, constructability reviews, schedules, procurement plans, and resource requirements establish the basis for delivery.

Coordinated Around the Work
A project may draw on Cheri Engineering & Design for technical development, X Supply for materials and equipment, CheriCon for construction, and Cheri Specialized for equipment, controls, and commissioning support. Environmental, soft craft, power, logistics, and field service capabilities are incorporated where the scope requires them.
These contributions are planned together. Each team understands its responsibilities, the work it supports, and the requirements it must hand over to the next discipline. Project leadership coordinates those interfaces and maintains clear communication with the customer.
The combination of services follows the needs of the project. Our business units share expertise and support one another throughout the work, with accountability for each assigned scope.
Project Management & Cost Control
Clear project leadership connects planning with field execution. Project controls provide visibility into scope, cost, schedule, labor, procurement, and changes so customers and delivery teams can make informed decisions throughout the work.
Procurement, Materials & Logistics
Cheri's integrated procurement function is the primary resource for sourcing materials and equipment required for Cheri-performed work. Procurement and logistics connect technical requirements with field readiness. Cheri coordinates sourcing, suppliers, delivery priorities, and transportation with the project schedule.
Procurement is an integrated Cheri capability and supports the delivery plan for Cheri-performed work. Cheri Oil contributes hauling, dispatch, carrier coordination, and scheduled delivery support where required.
