Qualifications We Look For

  • Licensed Professional Engineers (PE) on staff
  • Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power industries
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software (SP3D, AutoCAD, P6)
  • Knowledge of applicable codes (ASME, API, NFPA, NEC, IBC)
  • Quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
  • Ability to support construction and provide field engineering
  • Professional liability insurance

Engagement Types

Project-Based

Lump-sum or milestone-based fees for defined scopes (e.g., design package for a compressor station).

Staff Augmentation

Hourly or weekly rates for engineers/designers to supplement our in-house team.

Design-Assist

Collaborative design support during construction for constructability and value engineering.

Master Service Agreements

Pre-negotiated rates for ongoing, on-call engineering support.
